Terms of service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply when you use ExamCup, create an account or buy exam access. By doing so you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy and Refund policy.
Who we are
ExamCup ("we", "us") is the online business that runs this website and sells the exam access described below. You can reach us at contact@examcup.com.
The service
ExamCup offers practice questions with answers and explanations for IT certification exams, plus study tools and community discussion. The first questions of each exam are free; the rest need a purchase.
Your account
- Give an email address you can access, and keep your password to yourself.
- An account is for one person. Don't share it or let others use it.
- If you buy without an account, we create one with the email you give at checkout. Choose a password straight away so you can sign in again.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Buying access
- A purchase gives one person full access to one exam for 3 months from the date of payment. The price is $19.99 unless shown otherwise at checkout.
- It's a one-time payment. Nothing renews or is charged again.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices include any taxes shown at checkout.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy, including the pass guarantee.
Fair use
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell or publish our questions, explanations or PDFs, in whole or in part.
- Download content automatically, scrape the site or get around the paywall or rate limits.
- Post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or that you don't have the right to share.
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
PDFs are marked with your email address. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
Comments and votes
You keep ownership of the comments you post, and you let us show them on the site. We may remove comments that break these terms or are off-topic.
Our content
- The questions and explanations are practice material written to help you learn. They are not questions from any real exam, and we can't promise they are free of mistakes. Tell us when you find one.
- ExamCup isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Amazon Web Services or any other exam provider. Exam names and codes are trademarks of their owners.
- Apart from the pass guarantee in our Refund policy, we don't promise any exam result.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available but can't promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell account holders. Changes don't affect purchases already made.
